Let me start out by saying I've lived here for about 4 months (12 more to go)At first I thought I had an 800lb gorilla upstairs then I realized how thin the walls are and hope to god my poor neighbors downstairs don't think the same about me!I have not met my neighbors yet...at least not personally, the walls are so thin. I'm convinced the people here only think they can hear their neighbors and that we can't hear them....if so...you are gravely mistaken and I've heard every fight, make up, conversation you've ever had since the day I've moved in... think i'm exaggerating...come join the clan. I was horrified at some of the things people have wrote about...I have yet to have any serious issues... the electric bill is very low although that could be because nothing stays in the outlets. Management does tell you about the consturction in advance...they don't tell you it starts at 6am...oh...not to mention at 1:00ish everyday a sonic boom goes off and the whole building shakes...This place does have a lot of great ammenities like surround sound that you can hear from three units over...if anyones figured out a way or know someone to call about wild parties that go on till 4am plese let me know.

I could not have said it better!! About the 4am parties which I have complained to the building manager several times her response was to call the police. (very helpful) I also thought I had a 800 pound gorilla living above me and at times feared he would come crashing through the paper thin ceiling. Speaking of paper thin my first neighbor was a bulemic and I could hear her vomiting everynight! The 2nd set of neighbors only lasted 3 weeks could not take the 6am wakeup call(funny how they don't mention that in the brochure) My current neighbor snores the walls are so thin it is like he is sleeping in bed with me. I have been living here for 23 months can't wait to move. For those who say this is typical of all apartments NO WAY!!!

I have a neighbor that goes out drinking every weekend and I can hear her vomiting till 3 am as well. It's gross, but on occasion she brings home a "special someone" and I get to hear that for an hour before the vomiting begins. One night they were at it so hard that it knocked the picture off the wall in my bedroom.
