Apparently there have been some people who have been spoiled in previous living situations. I actually lived in the city before and I dealt with a place that had the washers and dryers out of order for 4 months and then deal with bug problems and mice.

Now aside from that, I've lived here for a month. I am completely happy with the place. Sure, I've had one back to back day when a car alarm went off outside my window at like 3am but other than that its been great. I don't hear any loud noises when i'm trying to sleep, i don't hear any construction and i'm right near it, the only problem i had was my sink was clogged when i moved in and as soon as i called to have it fixed they did it immediately. By the way, it may have been clogged due to the fact that I moved in with a roommate after he had already been here for 5 months. (It's a 2br, 2 Bath) But anyways, management has been great so far, it has an outdoor pool which i'm sure is great in the summer, it has a workout center, a movie theater i've yet to use, a billiards room and an indoor basketball court. I mean seriously, what other apartment can you find with an indoor basketball court.

Oh and and a couple last things. I have not once seen a cop here and our heating bill last month. Yeah it was under $15. Not too shabby.

Glad to here you like the place so much Ill be moving here in April and was wondering about the direct tv? I know its free...But What channels do you get?Do you get MTV NESN? IF not can you upgrade?how do you go about doing that

No, it is not free! You pay for it in the Roselink package. You pay no matter what. They add it on to the rent and you pay it together. Don't let them fool you!

Yes the baseketball and workout center is great for all the kids from revere who come to use it. However as a resident, even though you have to pay an additional ammenties fee every month don't expect to use, the workout room, basketball courts or anything else there. All that is reserved for the gang members from Revere to come and use on a nightly basis
