I have been here for 2 years. The first year you get a lot of perks, at least I did. Cable, internet and parking were included in my first lease. The next lease charged for the covered parking 75.00 a month and cable, internet now are 100 a month. Construction is below average. You can hear your neighbors above you and next to you. The appliances are just average at best, stackable washer and dryer. The bedrooms are average to small for 1 bedroom and closet space is below average. The heating system in my one bedroom is off the bedroom and noisy, not the best way to try and get a good nights sleep. Facilities pool, workout center, business center are above average. Staff is warm and helpful. Location is great for getting in and out of Boston. Lot of construction going on and will be for the next two years which makes for a lot of noise from 8 to 5 six days a week. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

construction from 8-5? try 6am- it is now 6:30pm and they are still out there working!!
