I am thinking of living here, and I visited it, but after reading these reviews I'm not so sure.
1) What are the utility bills like (management told me about 50-70/month per bill) is that reasonable'
2) Is it as noisy as everyone on here is saying' Are the walls really that thin'
3) Do they negotiate on the rent'

the walls are that thin you will here everything your neighbors do. i have lived in several complexes and this one is by far the noisiest.

I can here my neighbors pee, talk, argue, make up, have makeup sex and snore. Worst place ever. You might as well live with the neighbors.
