This place is loud.. from above, from neighbors, from people outside. There is no sound proofing at all. I can hear conversations above me, beds squeaking in the next apartment over, dogs barking constantly. They do yardwork outside right by your window, which is also really loud.
The winters are freezing because there is no insulation. You can't sit near a window without being frozen, and you have to pay your own heat so it's expensive if you want to stay warm, and the heat isn't even good. It's warm when it kicks on, but the second it goes off, it's cold again.
The apartment is brand new and we have handles falling off cabinets.
This place is awful. Do not live here. The people are really inconsiderate and management is awful.
Way too expensive, and you have to pay for all your own utilities, so it's even more money on top of the already high rent.
There were also a lot of cars broken into when I lived here.

I constantly complain about my neighbors playing loud music, and they keep telling me they there are too many people living in the building and they can't control every apartment, they say to call the police. Ok I call the police and they cna't do anything about it either!!!!! It's crazy, I pay so much money for rent and I can't have peace in my own apartment...and you have these people paying peanuts for the rent and making loud ass noise!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
