I am tired of reading complaints from the few disgruntled people who think the only way to get satisfaction/revenge is to trash a place in these reviews because they were not pampered...

I lived at this complex from March '05 to June '06. At this time, a new wing of the main complex was just being completed and the units were brand new, other wings were still under construction. I was very happy with my place and the 3 free months of rent made it affordable. I loved the fact that it was right off of Route 1 so my commute home (from the Navy Yard) only took about 10 minutes. Getting to work (I used 99/Broadway) took about 20-25 minutes, a little worse but still not bad.

The ammenaties were nice and hardly used at the time (I would go early in the morning). Rent included a garage parking space which was close to my appartment so that was good too. I didn't have any noisy neighbors and the management staff were all pretty pleasant. You have to realize that the staff in this type of complex does tend to change frequently, so it is probably not the same one now. There was never any issue of crime at the complex

The reason I moved was because my lease was up and they were not going to give me as many concessions to stay, so my rent would have gone up to near the 'market' level for the unit (about $1500/month), too much to pay and there are many alternatives in and around Boston to choose from that are more economical.

Overall, I would recommend this place.

Sorry if you think that I am a disgruntled person because I don't want other peoples dog ---- in my hall way or I don't want my car broken into again. If you want to say I'm looking to be pampered I guess that's your call but I like to say that I'm looking to live a clean and respectful lifestyle.

this place has certainly gone downhill since you've been here. the place is a dump and the people that work there are morons. i wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to live here.
