Nice but getting higher crime.

Nice place but the surrounding towns are high crime areas and word is out that Alterra is an easy mark for robberies. They break into vehicles, steal tires, expensive bikes, motorcycles, etc.
It is too bad because it is a nice place but for the higher rent it should not be cheap in protecting residents.
