The apartment building has gone downhill fast since the previous live-in managers moved out. The current livin-managers are rude and obnoxius and don't keep the grounds at all. I've come to find out that they don't like their boss so they take it out on the residents and the building.

With the current system and the current status of this apartment building it is not worth the $1400 a month rent (average), keep on looking because its not worth it.
