I truly loved this apartment. When I first moved in the live in supers were this nice older couple. Unfortunately, the wife passed away and the management company ended up getting another couple (& family). They're horrible. I've never had such response issues in my life.

I work in customer service and I know not to expect an answer immediately but I would call for days. The wife handles all the office items. She decided to take her husbands pager # off the VM. That was awesome when I was locked out of my apartment for 4 hours. I even knew they were home. Truck was illegally parked and I could hear people in the apartment.

They illegally showed my apartment without any notice at all. They didn't do a great job of hiding it either. Things were knocked onto the floor. Doors were closed that are always open and others were opened that are always closed.

I also believe they are getting great use out of one of the packages that was delivered to the apt. Gone forever.

The apartment was great. Big and set up wonderfully for having a roommate. But I seriously couldn't take the lack of response when I had issues. I made Jim at the management company aware of it several times. He'll also be getting a formal letter.

I would recommend Point of Pines if they get new supers.

Oh and the kicker... they started painting doors the week I was moving out. Believe me they knew I was moving. I left to make one of my trips to the new place. I come back to wet paint signs next to my door. Really', you paint my door when you know that I'm moving all my stuff out and need to prop it open.

Let me tell you, I do feel much better now that the former couple/and family left the place(thank God). Did you know that while in the care of this couple a big robbery happened. I am very happy now, the security system is much much better and the new superintendents seems very responsible and clean. I am glad that Mr. Jim did something about it. Who knows how long its going to last.
