This place is great! Spacious bedrooms and convinient to the T and the food market. No problems at all moving in and they were very helpful with assisting me with the freight elevator. We had Comcast install the cable next day aswell... so phone, hi-speed internet and premium cable is available.

The only drawback was that they are not on top of getting you a copy of the lease, and they said that they would clean the apartment before we moved in, but I ended up cleaning the kitchen myself. (the carpets are however new, and walls recently painted)

Very bad recordkeeping. Also FYI half the condos are vacant, it adds to being eerily quiet. Also the front door buzzer never worked right so you had to always go down stairs to let someone in... not good for elderly or people with disabilities. Bottom line not worth the $$
