Cobwebs in the elevators, Washer and Dryers on every floor hardly working, 14 units and one washer and one dryer - Come on seriously! The pool always smells like a dead body.

The "Gym" is for the 1970's lucky if you can use it...

might fall apart.

The property it sits on is across from the water a plus.

I recommend to sell the land and get out.

Let Carbetta out they are the worst owners/management ever.

Properties owned by them are usually low income/welfare...

enough said...

NASTY!!! they should be torn down...and start over excluding the "Carbads".
