Incompetent Management

The entire staff of Water's Edge is incompetent and the Mis-management leads to endless frustations.
The Apartments are way Over priced! (over 30% are vacant) The elevators frequently break down and the security is a joke. I pay $50 a month for parking space and my car has been broken into twice!
Its coastly location is appealing.........But not worth the headaches or $$$$
I just read the review from 3/09/05 and I agree with everything that guy had to say.
And i'm not surpised that nothing has changed!
