THE MANAGMENT IS A NIGHTMARE.
THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN OR EXPERINCED.
THE MANAGER FRED IS NEVER THERE, HE'S ALWAYS OUT SICK OR ON VACTION.
MANAGER IS RUDE AND INCOMPITENT OF MANAGING THE PROPERTY.
THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME SECURITY OR MAINTENANCE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND CAN NEVER RESOVLE ANY ISSUES.
MANAGMENT WANTS ALL ISSUES IN WRITING, BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND TO THE LETTERS AND IF BY CHANCE THEY DO, IT'S A MONTH LATER OR TOO LATE.
WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR, THERE ISN T ANYONE, YOU'RE ALWAYS DIRECT BACK TO THE MANERGER.
NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE.
YOU CAN NEVER GET IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNERS THEREFORE YOU'RE SPINNING YOUR WHEELS BECOMING OVERWHELMED AND FUSTRATED.
I STONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS!!! THE RENT IS WAY TO HIGH FOR THE QULITY OF SERVICE (POOR) YOU RECIEVE AND THE CONDITION OF THE APARTMENTS IS NOT GREAT!

WELCOME TO MY NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! You are so right. This place "touts" itself as a luxury high rise but in reality it is a ghetto with n ocean view. All Fred cares about is that he gets paid. Beware he is an attorney by trade - what a snake in the grass.................
