I moved into Waters Edge last summer (July 2008).

I think the property is great and the maintenance people are super.

This building is next to the T and has unbelievable ocean views.

I got a rental concession of two months free and consider the rent to be a bargain.

Ten minutes to Boston by car, less than 15 minutes by T.
