It takes 5 min walking to get to the T.
The apartment had a great layout and nice views.
The maintenance guy is supper efficient.
The gym equipment is so old that doesn t work.
If there happens to be a concierge, they are probably sleeping or cannot help you with anything.
I left myself out once- had to wait for my roommate because they had no idea how to deal with that.
The management is really incompetent, especially a guy name Fred.
He would rather make up lies and argue with you than to look into the files.
They don t keep good track of monthly rent payments, so you could have the money taken out of you account and receive a note to leave the apt the same day.
When we moved they didn t give the full deposit back.
When we ask had no record of our transactions, we had to give it to them.

so right about it all! And it's all because of the landlord Kiki Carabetta she is a mess she is all over the place with her stuff and she runs her employees down.
