To summarize, it seems almost too good to be true. Great location, easy commute, good floorplans and great views. They're very accommodating to get you in, but once you are in the nightmare begins. Gym, sauna and pool are worthless. Security and Management are "unavailable" to put it politely. Facilities are aged and often broken. Elevators and garage doors are often left broken for weeks at a time. AC' yeah if they can get the proper technicians to repair it and get it working each year.
Carabetta Management has often "mis-deposited" checks and delivered menacing letters threatening immediate lease termination.
