Hi I just wanted to write a quick note. I was just transferred here from California to work at State Street Bank. I choose Waters Edge because it s next to the T and I can be at work in under a half hour. (Having the beach across the street doesn t hurt either.) I have only been here a short while but overall things have been great. The office staff has been very accommodating, (I guess they just switched management companies) and I love the great views of the ocean, it reminds me of home

I totally agree with the response above. BTW, this place has supposedly switched management umpteenth number of times. These guys are using "WE SWITCHED MANAGEMENT COMPANIES" as a cop-out to swindle potential tenants who question the bad reviews and to trap them into signing on. Be vary.

Wait till you need their help for something later in the lease. They are very accomodating to get you in... but then you are a prisoner. It's not necessarily the people, it's the system they have.
