I have been living here at Water's Edge for about 2 years now with my roommate.

I'm a second grade teacher working in Boston and I take the "T" to work everyday which is very convenient.

Both my roomate and I love our apartment, we have a great balcony overlooking the ocean.

I must say the management in the past hasn't been the best but the new management company has been very accomodating and very friendly, which is what spurred me to write this.

We love the A/C in the summer and that the heat is included in the winter.

Oh yeah and not shoveling your car off during the winter is a major plus!!

Too bad it too the management nearly 3 extra weeks to get the AC on this year. Apparently they did not have the equipment serviced properly in advance so when they went to turn it on, it failed. Luckily it was a reasonably mild start to the summer. I loved my sun facing unit until it got 90 inside cause the AC system wasn't turned on yet.
