Here's the real skinny on this awful run-down place that markets itself as luxury but all of us who live here know the truth.
[Parking]: Parking is in the garage which costs $50 per car, they have 'dummy cameras' which do not record anything. Since there is only one security guard per 4 buildings (used to be one per each, but Kiki is cheap so she only has one person doing the jobs of 4.) you can be sure that your car can easily be damaged. Don't let the cameras fool you, they do not record! A tenant from my building had his stereo stolen and upon going to the office to ask them for the camera tape, they told him that the camera's don't actually record.
[Noise]: Now that they allow animals in the building, the noise level is far worse. Be prepared to hear loud barking at middle of the night and there's nothing you can do about it.
[Safety]: 2 years ago this Apt Complex used to have a security guard in every building. Kiki (Landlord) has cut cost by firing all but one security guard who works only in the building where she lives and takes a walk at 3 other buildings once per day. This leaves the rest of the buildings completely empty and exposed to the theft amongst other things.
[Staff]: Whats there to stay about the staff' Kiki the landlord changes the management companies every 6 months. This means that she does not pay her employees any benefits because whenever she hires a new company, all of her employees are on a 3 month 'trial'. Does this paint a good picture of how awful this woman is' Not only does she not care about her tenants, she could also care less about her employees.
[Fitness]: The gyms have not been updated since 1986. Every machine is broken and extremely rusty. Once someone gets hurt and sues the landlord, maybe then they will do something about it. Sauna's do not work and the pool is dirty.
Overall, this is a terrible place to give your money to. The management lies to new tenants and once they get you to sign a contract you are pretty much out of luck.

How about the new manager? I'm moving in today and he has been extremely polite?

THAT'S THE WAY THEY ARE - UNTIL YOU NEED SOMETHING. THEN THE HORNS OF THE DEVIL HIMSELF WILL APPEAR BEFORE THEY ASSIST YOU IN THE SLIGHTEST WAY.

The new manager will be here for about 6 months until they get a new company. This is how that awful woman Kiki is saving money. She changes management companies every 6 months and does not pay her employees benefits that way because they're all on 'trial'.
Its total BS. Do not live here, you will regret it.

you are so right that company is horrible i lived there thre years ago and i am still fighting them to get my security deposit back Kiki is cheap and she will do anything to keep your money so she does not have to give it back i would suggest not getting yourself into that kind of a mess. She only takes proper care of the building she lives in and thats all the others building she can care less about as long as hers looks good so when she brings people over to view the building or apartments. And as far as the new managment goes dont believe their attitudes they seem nice but as soon as you walk out the leasing office they already talk badly about you, they basis people on first apperances and if you look like you dont fit what they are looking for they rule you out and sometimes dont even run your credit
