This apartment complex is filled with strange things! It was bad enough before, but take a look at it now. Visit the internet site listed above to see for yourself. Sure hope this review helps Habitat because people need better places to live than Rockland Place Apts. that's for sure. Visit here, but don't live in it, unless you like a strange place to live where everybody is into your business.
