I have lived in Back Bay Manor for one year now and I have just signed my lease for another. After looking at the other reviews I figured I would let people now about my experience there. There is parking both garaged and outdoors for $100 or $125, which is rather cheap in comparison to other garages in the general vacinity. The pool this year is free of charge - just need a $25 deposit which will not be cashed and returned to you at the end of the summer. There is a new gym that was just opened last week that is pretty nice and they also offer a gym that is run by an athletic trainer (not sure what the overall cost is for him).
As for the apartment itself...Spacious, great views, good maintenance people, safe and secure (24 hour conceirge), competitive pricing, and overall a good place to live especially for people who need access to the T. Close to many universities but the building itself is not in the middle of all the hussle and bussle.
