I've been living here for several years now and I was quite surprised to read some of the negative comments. I guess there is a huge difference between different floors in this building as I have also noticed food odors and dirtiness at lower floors. However, if you get an apartments at one of the top floors, they are new, clean, huge, the kitchen is modern and there is lts of closet space. The area is getting nicer too with convenient grocery shopping, green and orange T stops, several small cafes, pharmacies. Also, at least at the top floors, there is very little noise coming from the otherwise busy Huntington Ave. I'd highly recommend it.
