Let's give you this list
It's in the ghetto
My apartment had mold, and they wouldn't fix it
ALL of the workers (janitors right up to managment are incompentant)
Laundry room is a rip off, they don't maintain the machines well enough.
Very loud living next to the ghetto


All in all, don't live here.
