Worst place I have ever lived! Disorganized Management, rude front desk attendents (Half do not speak english) Do not keep things up. This place is disgusting. It is filthy- they do not clean, place always stinks of chinese food, cat piss and Garbage. The supposed security is extremly rude, usually not present at the desk and I have even seen 1 attendent under the influence! FALSE fire alarms occur often usually at 5 am on a saturday or midnight on a weekday.
The parking lot never gets snow plowed so if you have a car and park it in the lot, try not to park on a corner where they will leave a 10 feet pile of snow behind your car like they did mine. They tow often and towed my car even though i had a parking permit (said I didnt place my permit in the proper place) that cost me almost $500! And they didnt care.The hallways constatnly smell like gas- i have told them informed the mgmt and they told me it was probablly a cleaner they use on the tile floor.
The apt building is right across from the projects- females should not go out alone after 9pm at night in this area.
Only peeps who should move in are those who are intersted in the location- right by all the med schools, wit, mass art and close to NEU. Otherwise- stay away from these apts!

I have lived here since 2006 and have NO idea what this girl is talking about... The concierge does speak English, however they don't go out of their way to talk to you if you are rude to them. And although the building is across from Mission Main, there are never problems on the side of the street the building is on. The neighborhood is not dangerous as long as you are smart and stay on the side of the street the building is on. In fact there are basically always people walking down the sidewalk from the building either to or from the T so you're rarely alone. If you step outside the front door you can see the Longwood Medical Stop and Mass Art (Not scary). They've updated the alarm system in 2007 so no problems with false alarms. Also the hallways smell like who lives there... as they do in any building.
