Poorly run and maintained. When we first looked at the apartment, we thought they were real nice and everyone seemed to be helpful and professional. However, that will all change when you move in. When we started moving in, we noticed many things were not brought up to a condition that is appropriate for a new apartment. Such things include, garbage disposal, electrical outlets painted over and were so old that they would not hold plugs (caused sparking), tile improperly caulked in bathrooms, hack repairs on many things just too many to list.

The management quickly sends out threatening letters without thinking about them first. Notably bad grammar with out checking on facts first—we got a letter threatening eviction the first week of living there, “Sorry, that was sent by mistake” was there reply when we called. The staff is judgmental and prejudice; I asked for parking when we signed the lease and they refused to give it to me when I moved in. With in the first week my car was broken into and then stolen because parking on the street.

It may seem nice but it is truly not worth the hassle and treatment.
