If you like living with Mice, Bed Bugs, Roaches as well as serious ceiling leaks and an over growth of mold inside the heating system, then this is the place for you. Otherwise saty away, stay far far away.
By the way, someone needs to tell the maitanence people that a fresh coat of paint won't fix a leak, but nice try.

Um... no mice, bed bugs or roaches.... been here for 2 years and never had a problem like this. In fact, the management won't even let you bring in used furniture without a certificate proving it is clean from bed bugs...
