I am a student at Mass College of Pharmacy and I have been reading the posts on your website about Back bay Manor. It is clear to me that the people who write in have an axe to grind. Maybe they had a loud party and got a nasty letter about it. Who knows. In any event, I wanted to give a balanced perspective of Back bay Manor. Is it the best run building in the world. Of course not. However, it has a nice view, Rose, Mark, and Julie try to be nice; and John will go out of his way to help you. It has the basic services you need. It has a laundry facility, it has 24 hour concierge service, it has a gym, it has a pool, it has parking for a fee, and the apartments are large. The best thing, is that if you are college age, you have great opportunities to make friends. I said I would be balanced, so here are the negatives. If you want to search around, you can find better prices. Smaller buildings tend to be cheaper. Also, three elevators for a high rise are not enough, and at times you have to wait a long time.
