I have been reading the reviews and cannot believe all the things that are being said about back bay. I have lived here for 3 years and the only thing I can figure is the people that have been asked to leave or cancel their lease for breaking the rules are angry and above all, CHILDREN , and responding like children by trying to get even. there are rules about noise and wild parties. the elevators are slow, maybe its because they have to go 20 floors' consideration for others is expected in this building, most people do have it.
