I just recently moved to this building and I have been overall pleased.
-Yes the rent is high compared to the Hill nearby, but its a highrise and its our choice to live there.
-The rooms are MASSIVE and quite attractive.
-The kitchen I got was literally brand new. Nothing had ever been used or touched before and all fixtures were working properly. Love it.
-Noises in the hallway are easily heard and quite loud, but noise from inside other apartments is rarely a bother.
-The elevators are not that slow, though one is considered a move in elevator so if it is being used to move in then yes you can expect to wait an extra minute for an elevator.
-On that note, it is a bit deceptive to be told you will be renting a freight elevator when all you get is one of the regular ones which is quite small for furniture.
-The concierges are nice, though they do let anyone in. And unfortunately some of them are very very incompetent. So if you do schedule anything with them or leave anythign with them always double check and call to confirm. They make many mistakes.\
-The trash shoot has hours, but is open on weekends and theres always a dumpster downstairs.
-The main office has silly hours that normal working people cannot possibly make.

I'm quite happy with my stay thus far and would absolutely reccommend it to any student or young professional in the area looking for a beautiful well kept apartment.
