Back Bay Manor At Longwood Apt

This place is NOT what it seems! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Hi I have been living in BBM for a few months now. When I first looked at the apartment it needed some work in wich the leasing manager told me they would do before I moved in. When I moved in the work was done but in a very poor manor. The freshly painted walls were done in one coat of light grey and there were cracks all down the walls. There is a few misc. wires comming out of the walls (not sure what they are for)the heating sucks and the apartment smells like every other apartments trash and food. The hallways are a dirty mess aswell and the walls and tacky carpet are always dirty. The staff at the front desk is very rude too. I feel that for a building that is supposed to be luxury and the amount of money that the owners are making each month, probably close to $500.000 the place could be alot nicer. Overall in my opinion i do not recomend living here unless you have alot of cash and dont mind living in a dump.
