Great Deal, far superior to any other apartments

I lived at Back Bay Manor for 3 years. In the past I have lived in comparable apartments in Cambridge and Brighton. This apartment/area was by far the best of the three. I had a two bedroom apartment on the 11th floor and the view was impecable. Overlooking the city, our six windows were certainly breathtaking once all the lights in the city were lit. The hardwood floors were easy to clean and any time there was a problem the maintenance staff responded quickly. Our spacious fridge was brand new and we never once had a problem with anything in the kitchen. Each bedroom had a huge closet and there were two other closets in the hallway. The parking was never an issue. My housemate had underground parking and could not have been happier. For my three years I parked on the street and never once was towed or had a problem as there is plenty of room for everyone. With the exception of going to work I never used my car. The supermarket is a 3 minute walk as are numerous sub shops and liquir stores. On the way to the stop & shop there is a fleet, citizen, and sovereign bank. Overall, the community is on the up and up with renovations certainly improving the overall atmosphere.
