Back Bay Manor At Longwood Apt

More bad than good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Good: Allows dogs; close to major hospitals on Longwood Medical Area; close to T. Bad: controlled temperature (which basically means the air conditioning sucks because they control it) must pay for guests to park and use the pool was filthy when I moved in some rude concierge employees they can enter your apt. to show it to prospective tenants without your permission noisy neighbors the hot water runs out during peak times they only allow certain cable;phone companies there is a lock out fee even though the people reside on property the garbage is picked up every Wed. and Sat. at 0700 and is very noisy you can hear the T all hours that it runs there is an addtional fee, in addition to rent, to park your car
