I have lived at this place for too long because I am too lazy to move but now I decided to move. There is only 3 elevators for 300 households, 1 of them is usually reserved for moving and very often 1 of them will be out of order (more than 80% of the time you will only have at most 2 elevators working and you have to wait for a long long time to get your turn. The landlord and management team is all about profit and money. Materials they used for the building and apartment appliances are very cheap and easy to break. The sound insulation is very poor, I can hear people next door and in the hall way. Music can be very loud, lots of college students with parties. Parking is very expensive and continue to raise higher each year, same as your rent. They rented out many parking spaces to outsider esp during the day time. Parking on the streets are difficult to find plus lots of vandalism, my friend's car was broke in 2x while park on street. If you plan to stay for a few years, expecting your rent and parking usually increase by 5 to 10% each year (for 1 yr, my rent was increased more than 10%, I almost want to move out but I was really busy and moving cost lots of enery and time (should have left the place long time ago)There are just too many unpleasant thing about this apartment that not worth paying the high rent for.
