This apartment building is being sold to bluestone real estate. THey are known to be fraudsters who fleece their tenants. A lot of old people living here are putting up a fight, but the outcome is anybody's guess. Bluestone would not have moved unless they had bought off the relevant city officials beforehand.

The rents are sure to go up although there may be some lipservice towards keeping rents reasonable. Bluestone is a ruthless corporate entity that will squeeze your balls for profit. SO everybody needs to wake up and realize that we live in a capitalist country.
