Terrible new management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
The new management is terrible. To fix bathroom issues needed 6 complaints and it took 1.5 months. Management kept saying they have ordered parts. Now hot water is an issue. In the past month, residents wake up with no hot water and miraculously it gets fine after complaints. Rents are exhorbitant, pest problems still exists and maintainance is minimal. Not recommended.
