Very clean, well kept apartments

I have lived in the property since September, and have been very happy with my experience.
The apartment is spacious and clean, and all issues we have brought up with the landlord have been fixed in a timely manner.
The complex is a very diverse community, but all the people I have met were friendly and helpful.
There is free parking for residents which is very nice, being at the top of the hill. Unfortunatly, for those of us who do not have cars, the walk is not fun in the icy weather, and some neighborhoods on the way from the nearest T station are not the best for walking alone past 12am.
The rent is reasonable for the promiximity to the rest of the city, and it is made a better deal from the balcony, chandelier, dishwasher and disposal in the apartment.
I have already recommended it to friends!
