Most of the residents here do not seem to have employment loud screaming, music, and TV's, seem to go on until early morning hours on weekdays and weekend nights. The worst is those that gather in the parking lot, drinking and screaming. Domestic disturbances seem to happen on a nightly basis. The hallways are covered by fruit flies. If you have a serious problem you can count on the management to make it seem like its your fault and do not nothing about it. The only two plus sides to this places is the on sight parking lot, and the building manager felix who is always helpful and courteous.
