My experience has been reasonable. I recently moved to Boston from Brooklyn NY, comparing the two this is a much better experience. Management is very cooperative and readily responds when there is a problem. As with any multifamily building there are a few sketchy characters in the mix. I feel unsafe, as a single woman living on my own. The treck up the hill is healthy exercise and you can always catch the shuttle if it's too much of a walk. I've made this place home until I've ready to move on.
