Parker Hill Apartments is the worst thing about Mission Hill. This place is stinky, dirty, littered with trash and vomit inside and out. Residents are jobless, loud, and ignorant. People are constantly, yelling, fighting, and blaring music. You should be scared of all the residents - half because they'll probably shoot you - half because they've just escaped from a mental institution.

The hag who lives in the red house next door will harass you and look in your windows with binoculars.

Management is cooperative but takes forever to address a concern, even a serious one. The maintenance guy was caught coming into our apartment several times. He was also caught in my neighbors apartment without permission. The whole place is so shady. My neighbor was murdered 2 weeks after I moved in. Nothing was done to improve the non-existent security. Even after I requested security bars on my first floor windows (that dont lock properly) my request was not addressed for an entire year.

Your car will not be safe in the lot or on the street. Mine was towed twice by the vultures at Casey's Towing when it wasn't supposed to be and my window was smashed on a separate occasion. Management doesn't care. This place ruined a year of my life.
