Franklin Square Apartments Incorporated 50% Recommended May 12 2008: I think these people must be living on another planet because I love, love, love the Longwood (formerly Franklin Square Apartments)! I moved into a one bedroom apt. on March 7th and have been totally delighted with my new home. The Marketing Franklin Square Apartments Incorporated 50% Recommended Apr 17 2008: Although we saw more people in the managment team, we receive fewer/none service from them. The only thing the management team doing is to trap new tenants coming in. There are 9 washing machines in the basement. During some weekends, Franklin Square Apartments Incorporated 50% Recommended Mar 27 2008: The new management is terrible. To fix bathroom issues needed 6 complaints and it took 1.5 months. Management kept saying they have ordered parts. Now hot water is an issue. In the past month, residents wake up with no hot Back Bay Manor At Longwood Apt 34% Recommended Nov 10 2007: This is my second year in Back Bay Manor and I'm overall pretty pleased. With a little prodding I got all new appliances because the old ones left something to be desired. The bathroom was renovated over one weekend and Parker Hill Apartments 50% Recommended Oct 02 2007: Most of the residents here do not seem to have employment loud screaming, music, and TV's, seem to go on until early morning hours on weekdays and weekend nights. The worst is those that gather in the parking lot, drinking |
