I would like to first mention that I am extremely accustomed to apartment living, as my job has had me relocating to several different states throughout the country. Most of the apartment complexes that I have lived in have considered themselves to be Luxury Apartments as Archstone at Vinnin Square does, and certainly does exceed that standard by far.

For the past 15 months I have had a fabulous experience living in the Luxury Apartments that Archstone has built in Vinnin Square Salem. I have never seen staff members of any one company, whether it is a property Management Company, or financial services company that is so dedicated to customer service. I can remember the first day I arrived in Salem to shop for apartments. It was a very cold, windy, and dreary day. I suppose they are the types of days that make New England, New England. As I made the mad dash from my rental car through the freezing cold air and into the leasing office I immediately got the feeling of warmth and cordiality that I very really experience in any one business establishment. The smiles that I instantly received when I walked into the door made me feel at home right away. Once I sat down to speak with the Sales Person, and the other staff members that were also so wonderfully friendly, I new I did not need to look anywhere else. I was home!

The buildings are brand new, and Archstone is constantly making sure it remains looking as such. There is always someone vacuuming or painting, and of course there is that ubiquitous and contagious smile that is on all the faces of tenants and staff members alike wherever I may look. Archstone guarantees all maintenance work inside of an apartment to be done in one day. Most of the time the work order is done and completed in minutes, hardly ever hours, after I request something to be done.

Overall I am completely satisfied with living here at Archstone Vinnin Square. As I have said I have lived at many different rental properties throughout the country and Archstone Vinnin Square is definitely a special place to live, as it is my favorite place to reside. If there is anyone who is looking for a new place to call home, I HIGHLY recommend Archstone Vinnin Square.
