Like the other reviewer said, this property used to be good when it was Archstone. As soon as TGM came in, the place basically went to hell. While the service team is professional (the svc manager Rich was persuaded to stay), the management team is beyond stupid. They do not actually understand anything you tell them, even if it is in simple English. All they do is sit around and bake cookies in the model kitchen all day. They don't give a crap about any of the tenants and expect the tenant to flip the bill on almost anything that needs repair. There is a fee for almost everything. This is a far cry from Archstone. Basically, stay the fcuk away from this place. Seriously.
