We have lived here for over a year and this place has very pretty apartments and grounds. The new Manager is very pleasant and they always have refreshments in the office for residents. We like that they are brand new apartments and when the maintenance people leave a note after fixing something in my apartment. We renewed our lease and they didn't raise my rent.

And they can't raise your rent when you are on a lease like the unhappy person mentioned in anothre rating.
