I wrote my first review back in Feb 07,and I must say I agree with the last three reviews that things here are deteriorating.I have not had any direct dealing with the new managment,but i will touch on a couple of subjects.First,when I moved in here there were only two buildings which allowed dogs.Now,in there rush to fill units,every building allows dogs of any size.Now before all you animal nuts freak out,I have nothing against dogs.If my girlfriend and I didn't work such long hours we would get one ourselves.I do have a problem with owners who are to lazy or ignorant to pick up after there dogs,leading to dog crap scattered throughout the not so large groungs.Second and much more troubling is the suspicios activity which was alluded to in an past review and which I can personally attest to.There is undoudtably some dealing going on out of building three,ironically the same building in which a salem cop lives.This is not completly suprising give the area.It will take a strong managment team to keep this area from turning into a pretty version of the projects within a year.Unfortunatlly I do not think that team is in place. I will not be renewing my lease.
