Notice in many of these reviews Bernard is mentioned by name. In fact, in one, his entire name (first and last) appears. There are a lot of commonalities in several of the reviews as well (i.e. a few mention not usually filling out reviews)It does not take a genius to figure out what reviews are written by the management staff.

Anyway, just make sure you read all the reviews and view the actual apartment you would be moving into before making your decision. Notice things like the painting in hallways, stains on carpets, the way noise travels through walls, the size of the pool and exercise facilies given the several hundred apartments that share the facilities (nine buildings I believe, roughly 24 apartments each), the unattractive recepticals for pet waste next to the door you and any guests you have will need to walk by to enter your bulding, etc.

Bernard was a good manager who responded promptly to issues and made an effort to make HC a community with several get-togethers for residents. I believe this is why he's mentioned so often. I've lived IN HC since it opened and he was one of the better, if not the best, managers we've had.
