Absolutely horrible management

This is now the 3rd management change in less than 2 years, and is the absolute worst to date. Absolutely NOTHING gets done by this manager. If you have a complaint about noisy neighbors, parties until 2 in the morning, etc. forget it, this manager does nothing, even though its a direct violation of the lease (10pm noise cut-off). There has also been criminal activity on the property which management fails to address. Even when they are notified about an assault and about a particular resident, they still don't do anything. Definitely the laziest manager we've ever had. Stay away from this place, I'm not renewing specifically for the decline in management. The apartments are nice inside, but the community itself is just horrendous. Be warned, if you have any problems living here, you are completely on your own, management won't do anything.
