Fire hazard

The grounds are littered not only with animal waste, but now cigarette butts as well. The policy change in the complex now holds tennents responsible for cigarette smoke damage retroactively. I am a non-smoker so it's not an issue for me. The issue is the cigarette butts are now flying off of balconies into dry mulch! This is what burned a complex to the ground in Peabody. There are literally hundreds of cigerette butts everywhere. Several complaints have gone unaddressed by management. The fire department will be notified. Hopefully there will not be a tragedy before then.

You guys are lucky you weren't mugged or worse in the parking lot with the types of people management is letting in there.

Seriously! Management claims they don't let Section 8 people in, but judging by the look and behavior of some of the newer tenants, I wonder if they really do let them in.

They certainly do allow section 8. They also don't handle snow movement well after storms. They threaten to tow your vehicle if you don't move it so they can plow, but fail to plow when most people are at work. The perfect opportunity to clear the lot whiel it is empty. Still waiting management. Parking was already tight, now they piled snow in parking areas. Increased activity in the hallways (make your own assumption). This place is a dump! If you are not on section 8, stay away. Lastly now they changed the tennats right to live freely in their apartment. Now you are responsible for smoke damage from smoking (don't know what scientist will be brought in to determine want is from cigarettes, candles, cooking, or inscent) retroactively. Finally they now require you to carry 100k apartment insurance. I always carried it but challange if it is legal to require it. This I am sure is in response to the break-ins at this luxury community. HAHAHA! Yes ----- still sucks and I am sure that they never carried that high of a policy themselves on the apartments.

This place is a dump. Requiring tenants to have 100k insurance policies is against the law. The other night the hallway smelled like pot. There have been some very strange people in my building in the last few months, The parking situation is a nightmare. The icycles at the top of all the buildings are frightening and very dangerous to the safety of everyone. Noon is picking up after their pets. The snow is covered and it makes the whole complex look like a toilet. There most certainly are section 8 tenants here and the manager is a loser. She can't manage a paper clip collection. I will be getting out of here as soon as my lease is up and I suggest everyone else do the same. The rent here is simply not worth what we are going through.

explain to me how a tennant becomes "locked out" only thing i can think of is the outside door. your main door only locks by a key which YOU NEED to lock it. so ya they were more then likely confussed at the situation. i know i am

So explain how you remember to breathe. Do you pull the card out of your pocket that states, "breathe" and do you put it back or keep it out for future use. Yes the front door locks behind you. The issue is that you are given a phone number to call in case of an emergency and they didn't respond because the staff had outdated contact information for the person who was supposed to respond. I got two request to turn in parking pass information and gym key cards. I have been here for under a year! They can't even keep basic data entry standards in thier computer systems and files. The other people who live in the building refused to let her back into her building. It was single digit temperatures outside. So in closing idiot, comprehend what you read before responding. You must be a part of that 50 somethings group that lives here with a false sense of entitlement. Good luck renting section 8'er and enjoy the animal toilet in you posh courtyard. You are obviously a moron who can't find the proper puncuation keys or cap lock key.

The locked out person's keys fell out of their pocket unnoticed after a 12 hour day at work. Luckily someone at the complex was helpful and phoned the Dolben to unlock the doors.
