This place REALLY s**ks, when we moved in we were told that if for some reason we needed to break the lease it would cost an additional $250, we were fine with that, well my financial situation changed and we have to move,now they are trying to charge us $1700 to break the lease AND another $1300 for something called a "concession fee", when we moved in we only had to pay $500 for the first month and $800 the second month, seems like a good deal right ? WRONG. It seems that if you break the lease early they charge you for the lower rent they gave you in the beginning, and if you are late on your rent by 2 weeks they waste no time serving you papers for court, the Dolben Company which in the management for the place are nothing but money hungry leeches, oh I almost forgot the grounds are dirty and they don't plow for s**t, i could go on but what is the point, STAY AWAY AT ALL COST, TELL EVERYONE THAT THE PLACE IS A JOKE !

NEVER take a vebal agreement with them or any company in that fact. read your lease carfeully...

You should have read all the earlier reviews and saved yourself this hassle. NO ONE SHOULD RENT HERE! It will be a HUGE mistake.
