I agree with the last persons comments on how the management are a bunch of theives. I moved out in august from a townhouse, and there were a few stains on the carpet. But when we moved out and got the bill, they said that they would have to replace all the carpet. I went back over there and question why they had to replace the whole carpet. their response was that they dont install that carpet in there anymore. When i went to look at the carpet, they didnt even try to steam clean the carpets, they said that just by looking at the stains they could tell if they would come out or not. Two of the stains defenitly would not come out, but were in places that you could replace the carpet with another piece and not notice the change. the "other stains" were mostly for dirt from the back yard. Its all good cause i have some good lawyers and we will see. Managment are theives. wait, i already said that, but it is true. Management doesnt care about you, just to get your money. ALso the construction of the townhouses are just whack. electricty bills through the roof, drafts everywhere, plus watch out in the winter time. The guys that are contracted to do the snow removal tend to hit cars with their shovels and bulldozer. That is all for now, i have moved into a better place where in is a relief that management actually cares. aka.. st louis famous landmark rock
