Expensive, and little for the money.....Rude Staff.

We have lived here for 2 years almost, and I must say, staff is rude, incompetent, and unresponsive. They charge rent that is in line with what folks pay in downtown Boston, and the place really has little to offer. The location in Salem is the most attractive benefit. The construction is awful. Try hanging a picture!! Forget it, the walls come apart (not to mention you can hear much of what your neighbors are doing). Oh- and by the way, don't paint anything or they will charge you unless you repaint to origional colors before leaving.
Also, we never got hot water - only get luke warm! Staff failed to address the issue..
As far as parking, the spaces are not the standard 10ft. If you're going to live here, get a compact, or expect dings in your doors.
Frankly, for this much money - go elsewhere...
